I can't imagine wanting to stay there for more than an hour let alone overnight. Its no wonder Hollywood CBus does not have a hotel. The cleanliness and overall staff personality are worlds apart. I seem to always get 'played' regarding the money i spend. Keep in mind, you're not going to win all the time but the environment makes not winning tolerable. Its 'By Far' a better place to spend time/money. You can easily tell how the management and employees impact the area in which they work.
I was at Lawrenceburg two weeks before and go there noting the above. I have no idea why a company (Penn Gaming) cannot maintain a consistent customer experience however they are truly in need of MUCH better management/oversight at this establishment. The machines are outdated and forget about fair play. I don't care what time/day it is, SOMETHING should be open for customers to get basic items (Yes, including GOOD Coffee). Gross! If going early forget about finding a restaurant as everything is closed. This was at EVERY station in the entire casino. Spilt coffee everywhere, no lids or straws. It was like walking into a dirty/unkept room, only much larger.
